Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all telecommunications and network services provided by Peakline Communications ("Peakline"). This Policy is in addition to, and does not replace, the customer’s signed service agreement or general terms of service. By using Peakline infrastructure, the customer agrees to comply with the restrictions set forth herein.

1. Permitted Use

Peakline services are provided solely for the commercial operation of the customer’s business at the locations specified in the service order. Use must remain within the contracted bandwidth limits and specified interfaces, and comply with any documented site or service restrictions provided at the time of installation.

2. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) any unlawful activity; (b) unauthorized access to networks, systems, or accounts; (c) intentional interference with Peakline infrastructure or the service of other customers; (d) distribution of malware; (e) use of the service to launch attacks against other networks; (f) operation of open mail relays or transmission of unsolicited bulk email; (g) resale or sharing of service with third parties except under a separate written wholesale or partner agreement; and (h) presenting or utilizing residential or household use as a business circuit.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for all activity originating from their connection and the behavior of users under its control. This includes the security of customer-premises equipment, the protection of access credentials, and all network configuration on the customer side of the handoff interface.

4. Enforcement

Peakline reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse of this Policy. We may require the customer to immediately cease the prohibited activity, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

Service may be suspended without prior notice in instances where an emergency suspension is required to stop ongoing harm to the Peakline infrastructure or other customers.

5. Notices

All reports of abuse or support issues related to this Policy should be submitted through the Support page on our website.
